| 摘 要： | 针刺三阴交穴静脉肾盂造影30例,24例(80%)肾盏、肾盂充盈良好,4例(13.3%)充盈略差,但仍能作出诊断,2例(6.7%)肾盏、肾盂充盈较差,不能作出肯定诊断,与常规加压法和应用低张药物的低张静脉肾盂造影相比,造影效果相同,但无二者的副作用。

| Abstract: | The mehtod of intravenous pyelography using acupuncturesanyinchiao points in 30 cases are described.The filling of kidney calicesand pelves were satisfactory in 24 cases(80%),slightly blurred but stillavailablo for diagnosis in 4 cases(13.3%),2 cases failed to be definitelydiagnosed.Comparing with the routiue or hypotonic intravenous pyelography,this method is compatible with them but without adverse effect. |
