上海市杨浦区常住居民慢性病危险因素调查分析

摘    要:目的研究上海市杨浦区常住居民慢性病的流行现状和危险因素,为全市慢性病预防控制策略的制定提供依据。方法于2010年11-12月,按照多阶段分层整群抽样的方法,在上海市杨浦区随机抽取4个社区,每个社区随机抽取4个居委会,每个居委随机抽取52户人家,每户人家再按科什选择法(KISH表)抽取1人,预约后进行现场问卷调查和体格检查。结果对调查问卷中的27个相关因素进行了单因素和多因素的Logistic回归分析,最终年龄、体质指数、腰围、家族史、油炸食品5个因素进入回归方程,其OR值分别为2.76(95%CI:2.18~3.50)、1.49(95%CI:1.07~2.08)、1.60(95%CI:1.00~2.55)、4.87(95%CI:3.09~7.68)、2.08(95%CI:1.24~3.51)。结论慢性病的发生是多因素综合作用的结果,要针对高危人群加强健康教育和健康干预,提倡控制体重、健康饮食的理念,不断完善慢性病管理模式,积极有效地开展慢性病的预防工作。

Analysis on the Risk Factors of Chronic Diseases for the Permanent Residents in Yangpu District in Shanghai

Abstract:Objective To study the epidemic situation and the risk factors of chronic diseases in Yangpu district of Shanghai. Methods During Novenber to December 2010, 4 communities were randomly selected by using stratified multistage cluster sampling method, and 4 residents committees were randomly selected in each community, and 52 families were randomly selected in each residents committee. Finally one person was selected in each family by the KISH table to do field survey and physical measurement after making an appointment. Results After analyzing 27 related factors of the questionnaire with univariate and multivariate Logistic regression, five factors entered the regression equation and the odds ratios (95%CI) of the age, body mass index, waistline, family history and fried food were 2.76 (2.18-3.50), 1.49 (1.07- 2.08), 1.60 (1.00-2.55), 4.87 (3.09-7.68) and 2.08 (1.24-3.51). Conclusion The occurrence of chronic diseases relate with muhi-faetors. Health-education and health intervention should be strengthen on body weight and health diets for high risk population.
