| Abstract: | The case of 52-year old patient was presented who developed urticaria and strong anginal pain after intravenous administration of uropoline. On the basis of typical clinical picture, electrocardiographical and biochemical changes acute myocardial infarction was recognised. It is thought to have developed as the consequence of anaphylactic reaction following intravenous administration of x-rays contrast substance. |
