针刺配合穴位注射治疗神经根型颈椎病临床观察及护理

目的]探讨针刺配合复方当归针穴位注射治疗神经根型颈椎病及护理。方法]采用针刺风池、太阳、合谷、百会、颈夹脊穴,每天1次,每次留针20min,出针后,取上穴用复方当归针注射,每穴1mL,疗程10天。结果]180例患者,痊愈150例(83%),显效20例(11%),有效9例(5%),无效1例(0.6%),总有效率为99.4%,无效率为0.6%。结论]针刺配合穴位注射治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效显著,值得推广。

Acupuncture and Point Injection Treatment of Nerve Root Type of Cervical Disease and Care

Results] 180 patients, 150 cases cured （83%） were cured, 20 eases （11%）, 9 cases （5%）, ineffective in 1 （0.6%）, total effective rate was 99.4% invalid rate was 0.6 %. Conclusion] Acupuncture and Point Injection treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis and worth promoting.
