| 摘 要： | 目的:观察奥扎格雷钠联合舒血宁注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效和对血小板活性的影响。方法:将86例急性脑梗死患者随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组给予奥扎格雷钠注射液,治疗组给予奥扎格雷钠联合舒血宁注射液,各组均静脉滴注,qd,连续治疗14d。比较2组治疗前后神经功能缺损程度,判定临床疗效,并分别检测治疗前后血小板活性指标。结果:治疗组在治疗后第14天的总有效率与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后神经功能缺损程度评分、血小板活性指标均较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.05或P<0.01),且优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:奥扎格雷钠联合舒血宁注射液治疗急性脑梗死安全有效。
