| 摘 要： | 目的:观察左旋氨氯地平治疗老年高血压伴抑郁情绪患者的疗效。方法:46例老年高血压伴抑郁情绪患者(治疗组)和46例老年高血压不伴抑郁情绪患者(对照组)均服用左旋氨氯地平2.5mg,qd,疗程8周;比较2组患者治疗前后血压和SDS评分变化,记录不良反应。结果:2组患者降压的总有效率、降压幅度和SDS评分差异无显著性(P>0.05),治疗组SDS评分有下降趋势;2组患者未出现不良反应。结论:左旋氨氯地平治疗老年高血压伴抑郁情绪患者的疗效好,不良反应少。
