自发呼吸对心搏量和收缩间期的影响

摘    要:用阻抗法测定了21名医学院校男性青年学生卧位平静呼气末、平静吸气末、深呼气末和深吸气末的心率(HR)、总电机械收缩时间(QS_2)、左室射血时间(LVET)、射血前期(PEP)、PEP/LVET 的比值、电机械延迟时间(QS_1)、等容收缩时间(IVCT)、每搏输出量(SV)和心输出量(CO).结果表明,除心搏量外(P<0.05),其余各项指标均无统计学意义.本文提示,不同的呼吸时相和深度对收缩间期(STI)均无影响;平静呼气之末心搏量最大,肺容量做较大幅度变动时都会妨碍左室射血功能.

Abstract:Heart rate (HR),total electromechanical systole(QS_2),left ventricular ejection time (LVET),the pre-ejection period(PEP),PEP/LVET,electromechanical delay(QS_1),isovolumic contraction time(IVCT),stroke volume(SV) and cardiac output (CO) were measured by impedance cardiography at the end of quiet expiration,the end of quiet inspirstion,the end of maximum expiration and the end of maximum inspiration in 21 medical college boy students.The results showed that the change of other parameters had no statistical difference except SV.This study show that effects of different respiratory phases and respiratory depth on STI have not been seen;SV in the end of quiet expiration is the largest;the function of left ventricular ejecton blood will be impeded when lung volume changes greatly.
