多层螺旋CT多平面重建及容积重建在胫骨平台骨折中的应用

目的:探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)多平面重建(MPR)及容积重建(VR)在胫骨平台骨折诊断中的应用价值。方法:对29例胫骨平台骨折患者行MSCT扫描,将获得的扫描数据在工作站上进行MPR、VR成像,对骨折进行分型,评估胫骨平台劈裂和塌陷的程度与普通X线片及手术结果相对照。结果:1MSCTMPR能够显示胫骨平台骨折的细微结构及深部的骨折,能客观地显示关节面骨折情况,对胫骨平台骨折类型的判断具有其优势。2MSCTVR显示骨折立体效果较好。结论:MSCTMPR及VR能立体、直观地显示胫骨平台骨折的情况,对临床治疗方案的选择和患者的预后具有重要价值。

The Clinical Application of MPR and VR with Multi-Slice Spiral CT in Tibial Plateau Fractures

Objective To assess the value of multiplanar reconstruction(MPR) and volume veanstruction (VR) with multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT) in tibial plateau fractures.Methods 29 patients of tibial plateau fractures were examined with axial scannig of multi-slice spiral CT Based on the raw data, MPR and VR was acquired on workstation. The fracture were classified, the degree of splitting and depression of tibial plateau fractures were compared with X-ray plain and operation.Results ①MPR with MSCT could reveal the detailed and interior fracture of tibial plateau fractures and the fractures styles.②VR with MSCT could be helpful to reveal the tibial plateau fractures in stereoscopically.Conclusions MPR and VR with MSCT could reveal tibial plateau fractures in stereoscopically and intuitionistic, and play on important role in the selection of clinical approaches and the evaluation of prognosis.
