药学服务干预对慢性气道疾病患者正确使用吸入剂的效果分析

目的评价临床药师药学干预对慢性呼吸道疾病患者吸入剂使用的正确率及依从性影响。方法研究纳入2020年6月～2021年3月在呼吸内科住院治疗的慢性气道疾病160例患者,随机分为对照组与干预组,对照组予常规治疗,干预组由临床药师通过操作技术指导后,总结患者吸入剂用药中存在的问题,反复对患者进行用药教育及随访。评估两组患者吸入剂使用正确率和用药依从性。结果干预组吸入剂的使用正确率、用药依从性评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论临床药师通过对患者进行用药教育实践,对吸入剂的正确使用进行了干预,可显著提高患者吸入剂使用的正确率和依从性,保障了患者在吸入剂用药中的安全性和有效性。

Effect of pharmaceutical intervention on correct use of inhalant in patients with chronic airway diseases

Objective To assess the influence of clinical pharmacists’pharmaceutical interventions on the accuracy and compliance of inhalant use in patients with chronic respiratory disease.Methods The study included 160 patients with chronic airway disease who were hospitalized for inhalation treatment in hospital from June 2020 to March 2021.They were randomly divided into two groups:control group and intervention group,the intervention group was guided by clinical pharmacists,summarized the problems in the use of inhalants,repeated drug education and follow-up.The correct rate of inhalant use and compliance were evaluated in both groups.Results The correct rate and compliance score of the intervention group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical pharmacists have intervened the correct use of inhalants through the practice of educating patients on the use of inhalants,which can significantly improve the correct rate and compliance of patients in the use of inhalants,it ensures the safety and effectiveness of the patients in the use of inhalants.
