2004~2020年中医体质领域中文文献关键词图谱分析

目的量化2004~2020年中医体质领域已发表文献,绘制关键词图谱,梳理领域发展脉络(热点演变),尝试识别领域新趋势。方法在CNKI检索按主题词检索中医体质领域文献,人工阅读摘要以筛选纳入和排除,其后导出检索结果,在CiteSpace 5.7.R2软件中完成格式转换,求解6种定量指标,进行聚类、图谱绘制。在结果的指导与约束下,分析中医体质领域的发展脉络、研究方向、核心关键词、热点。结果纳入文献2 923篇。聚类具有可信度(Q=0.577> 0.3;mean S=0.802 8> 0.6),得显著研究方向14个(S> 0.6)。识别出高频核心关键词10个(F> 90),高中心度核心关键词8个(C> 0.1)。识别突增节点1个(B> 10)。结论中医体质领域存在14个研究方向聚类,分别是:中医体质辨识;年龄;综述;调查分析;临床研究;中医体质;相关性;生活质量;中医体质类型;气虚质;腰椎间盘突出症;轻度认知功能障碍;中医辨证;中医体质分类。未来中医体质研究热点集中在流行病学调查领域。

Analysis of Chinese literature keyword atlas in the field of traditional Chinese medicine constitution from 2004 to 2020

Objective Quantify the published literature in the field of TCM constitution from 2004 to 2020,draw the keyword map,sort out the development context(hot spot evolution)of the field,and try to identify the new trend of the field.Methods The search retrieved literature via CNKI in the field of constitution of TCM by subject terms,and abstracts were read manually to screen for inclusion and exclusion,after which the search results were exported and format conversion was completed in CiteSpace 5.7.R2 software to solve for six quantitative indicators for clustering and mapping.Guided and constrained by the results,the development pulse,research directions,core keywords and hotspots in the field of chronic disease management in recent years were analysed.Results 2923 articles were included.Generated clusters are reliable(Q=0.577>0.3;mean S=0.8028>0.6).Fourteen pronounced specialties can be observed(S>0.6).Ten(F>90),eight(C>0.1)highly-weighted keywords and one(B>10)bursts were identified using frequency-,centrality-centered,and bursts algorithms,respectively.Conclusion 14 specialties constitutes the mainstream constitution of TCM,that is,a.identification of TCM Constitution;b.age;c.review;d.investigation and analysis;Clinical research;Constitution of traditional Chinese medicine;Relevance;Quality of life;Constitution types of traditional Chinese medicine;Qi deficiency constitution;k.lumbar disc herniation;l.mild cognitive impairment;m.syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine;n.classification of TCM Constitution.In the future,the research focus of TCM constitution will focus on the field of epidemiological investigation.
