Abstract:Objective The purpose of the clinical effects and periodontal and oral function indicators in oral orthodontic treatment in oral orthodontic treatment than non-bracketing invisible correction and fixed correction techniques.Methods A total of 86 patients who needed orthodontic treatment in the Yangpu Hospital of Tongji University were selected prospectively and divided into the conventional group(n=40)and the experimental group(n=46)from May 2018 to June 2019.The conventional group adopts fixed correction technology,the experimental group adopts the application without bracket invisible correction.The correction effects of the two groups,clinical general indicators(including tilted toothing,transfer time and total treatment time),periodontal indexincluding gum index(GI),ulcus bleeding index(SBI),sulcus probing depth(SPD)and plaque index(PLI)],oral functionincluding 24 h masticatory times(MT),masticatory efficiency(ME),maximum occlusal force(MF),maximum force time(MFT),and occlussion rate(SO)],as well as the patient's correction satisfaction indicatorindicator contains chewing function,fixed function,beautiful degree,comfort,convenience and language function]were compared.Results The total correction of the experimental group(97.82%)was significantly higher than the conventional group(92.50%),and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The tilt the teeth,reverse tooth rotation time and the total treatment time were(16.52±1.52),(20.52±3.05),(37.41±3.03)week in the experimental group,which were significantly lower than those in the conventional group(28.50±2.03),(27.40±3.22)and(64.80±2.95)week],the differences were significant(P<0.001).The GI,SBI,and PL of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group after 1,6 months of correction and the end of correction treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in SPD levels between the two groups at each time point(P>0.05).Compared with before correction,the expression of MFT in the two groups of patients was increased at 24 h after correction,and the expression of ME,MT,MF,SO were decreased;the expressions of ME,MT,MF,MFT and SO in the experimental group were higher than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The correlation satisfaction indicators of the experimental group at 6 months after correction were significantly better than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with fixed correction technology,the application without brass invisible correction can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of oral orthodontic,effectively maintain periodontal health,increase the teeth of teeth,and improve the patient's correction satisfaction,it is worth clinically promotion.
