The toxicity research for intramolecular adduct compound of mitomycin

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the toxicity of albomitomycin which is intramolecular adduct compound of mitomycin.Methods SD rats were given 320μg/kg and 800μg/kg i.v.mitomycin containing different concentrations of albomitomycin,once every 2 days,total 5 times.Body anatomy and histological pathology examination were carried out after euthanasia at the 15 th day.Results At doses of 320μg/kg and 800μg/kg,the increase in the dose of albomtiomycin did not increase the toxic response to SD rats,nor did there be any new toxic reactions or toxic target organ.Conclusion The albomitomycin induced in the mitomycin constituted solution will not increase additional risk.
