沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠对缺血型心肌病患者血管内皮功能及NT-proBNP的影响

摘    要:目的观察应用沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠对缺血型心肌病患者血管内皮功能及NT-proBNP的影响。方法以自2018年6月~2021年1月收治的80例缺血型心肌病患者为研究对象,按随机数表法分为研究组(40例,给予沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠治疗)和对照组(40例,给予贝那普利治疗)。统计治疗前后两组患者心功能、内皮功能、氨基末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)及高敏心脏肌钙蛋白T(hs-cTnT)的变化水平。结果干预前,两组LVEF、LVEDV、LVESV及SV水平比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P> 0.05);治疗后,两组的LVEF、LVEDV、LVESV及SV水平均有所改善,其中观察组LVEF、LVEDV、LVESV及SV水平优于对照组,差异均显著(P <0.01)。干预前,两组ET、AngⅡ、FMD水平比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P> 0.05);治疗后,两组ET、AngⅡ、FMD水平均有所改善,其中观察组ET、AngⅡ、FMD水平优于对照组,差异均显著(P <0.01)。干预前,两组NT-proBNP及hs-cTnT水平比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P> 0.05);治疗后,...

Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of Sacubitril Valsartan Sodium on vascular endothelial function and NT-proBNP in patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy.Methods Eighty patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to January 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a study group(40 patients were treated with Sacubitril Valsartan Sodium)and a control group(40 patients were treated with benazepril)according to the random number tableme method.The levels of cardiac function,endothelial function,amino-terminal brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)and high-sensitivity cardiac troponin T(hs-cTnT)were measured before and after treatment.Results Before intervention,LVEF,LVEDV,LVESV and SV levels of the two groups were compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the LVEF,LVEDV,LVESV and SV levels of the two groups were improved,and the LVEF,LVEDV,LVESV and SV levels of the observation group were better than the control group,with significant differences(P<0.01).Before the intervention,two groups of ET and AngⅡ,FMD horizontal comparison,no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);After treatment,two groups of ET and AngⅡ,FMD level are improved,and the observation group of ET,AngⅡ,FMD level is better than those of control group,and the differences were significantly(P<0.01).Before intervention,NT-proBNP and hs-cTnT levels in the two groups were compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of NT-proBNP and hs-cTnT in the two groups were improved,and the levels of NT-proBNP and hs-cTnT in the observation group were better than those in the control group,with significant differences(P<0.01).Conclusion In patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy using noxintone treatment can effectively improve the cardiac function of patients,improve endothelial function,regulation of NT-proBNP and hs-cTnT levels.
