摘    要:目的建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定清肺十八味丸中铅(Pb)、汞(Hg)、镉(Cd)、铜(Cu)、砷(As)5种有害元素含量的方法。方法样品经微波消解,采用铋(Bi)、铑(Rh)、锗(Ge)为内标元素,以ICP-MS法进行测定。结果 5种元素在各自浓度范围内线性关系良好(r> 0.999),平均加样回收率在89.44%~96.68%,RSD在1.34%~2.74%(n=6),检出限在0.000 2~0.003 2 mg/kg。结论该方法简单、准确、灵敏度高,可用于测定清肺十八味丸中5种有害元素的含量。

Abstract:Objective To establish a microwave digestion ICP-MS method for content determination of 5 harmful elements in Qingfei Shibawei Pills.Methods The samples were digested by microwave,and then determined by ICP-MS with Bismuth(Bi),Rhodium(Rh),Germanium(Ge)as the internal standard elements.Results The 5 elements showed good linear relationships within their own concentration ranges(r>0.999),and the average recoveries were 89.44%~96.68%,the RSDs were1.34%~2.74%(n=6),the LODs were 0.0002~0.0032 mg/kg.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate,sensitive,which can be used for the content determination of 5 harmful elements in Qingfei Shibawei Pills.
