2018~2020年某口腔专科医院麻醉药品使用情况分析

目的了解某口腔专科医院麻醉药品的临床使用情况,为促进临床合理使用麻醉药品及其规范化管理提供参考。方法采用回顾性分析方法,对2018~2020年某口腔专科医院麻醉药品使用情况进行统计与分析。结果2018~2020年,该院麻醉药品销售金额占药品销售总金额的比例分别为3.86%、3.90%和4.02%;共使用6种麻醉药品,绝大部分用于住院全麻手术患者的麻醉诱导和麻醉维持,少数用于门诊全麻手术的麻醉诱导和麻醉维持,极少数用于门诊、住院癌痛患者的镇痛;麻醉药品使用以注射用盐酸瑞芬太尼和枸橼酸舒芬太尼注射液为主,二者销售金额之和占麻醉药品销售总金额的比例在三年中分别为99.84%、99.85%和99.87%,DDDs之和占麻醉药品总DDDs的比例在三年中分别为98.14%、97.55%和98.26%。结论该院麻醉药品使用较为稳定、合理,绝大部分用于全麻手术麻醉诱导和麻醉维持,符合口腔专科医院收治患者的药物镇痛特点。全麻手术用麻醉药品是该院麻醉药品使用管理的重点。

Analysis of the use of narcotic drugs in a stomatology hospital from 2018 to 2020

Objective To understand the clinical use of narcotic drugs in a stomatology hospital so as to provide reference for promoting rational administration of narcotic drugs and their standardized management.Methods Retrospective statistical method was used to analyze the use of narcotic drugs in a stomatology hospital from 2018 to 2020.Results From 2018 to 2020,the sales amount of narcotic drugs accounted for 3.86%,3.90%and 4.02%of the total sales amount,respectively.A total of 6 narcotic drugs were used,most of which were used for anesthesia induction and maintenance of inpatients with general anesthesia,a few were used for anesthesia induction and maintenance of outpatients with general anesthesia,a very few were used for analgesia of patients with cancer pain.Remifentanil hydrochloride injection and sufentanil citrate injection were mainly used,the sales amount of which accounted for 99.84%,99.85%and 99.87%of the total sales amount of narcotic drugs in three years respectively,the sum of DDDs of which accounted for 98.14%,97.55%and 98.26%of the total DDDs of narcotic drugs in three years respectively.Conclusion The use of narcotic drugs is relatively stable and reasonable,and most of them are used for anesthesia induction and maintenance in general anesthesia operation,which is in line with the characteristics of drug analgesia of patients in stomatology hospital.Narcotic drugs for general anesthesia operation is the key point of narcotic drug use management.
