新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征50例CR诊断分析

目的提高对新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征计算机X线摄影(CR)影像的认识。方法分析经临床诊治并且有完整CR影像资料的50例新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征患儿的资料。结果典型的CR征象为肺野透过度减低,肺内广泛的网状、颗粒状高密度影,并伴有广泛的含气支气管像。50例患儿根据CR表现分为4级,Ⅰ级5例,Ⅱ级20例,Ⅲ级22例,Ⅳ级3例。结论CR床边摄影是临床诊断新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征最重要的影像方法,应结合临床不断提高对本病的诊断和鉴别诊断能力。

Computed radiography diagnosis of 50 cases of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome

Objective It is to improve the knowledge and diagnostic ability of Computed Radiography(CR) image of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome(NRDS).Methods The clinical manifestations and CR findings of 50 newborn with NRDS collected were analyzed retrospectively.Results Typical CR sign included: the pulmonary lucency decreased,wide-ranging net and grain shadowes of high density companing with a lot of air bronchus sign.Accoding to X-ray manifestations all cases were divided into four stages stageI(n=5),stage Ⅱ(n=20),stage Ⅲ(n=22),stage Ⅳ(n=3).Conclusion Computed radiography beside bed is the most important imaging method to diagnose neonatal NRDS,and the ability of diagnosis and differential of NRDS in newborn should be improved combined with the clinic.
