VEGF-C及其受体Flt4表达与食管癌临床病理的相关性研究

目的探讨血管表皮生长因子-C（VEGF—C）及其受体Flt4在食管癌组织中的表达及表达程度与肿瘤临床病理的关系。方法采用免疫组化法检测49例食管癌组织及其周围正常食管组织中VEGF—C、Flt4的表达水平。结果VEGF—C在食管鳞癌及其周围正常食管组织中表达率为59．2％（29／49）和12．2％（6／49）；Flt4在食管鳞癌及其周围正常食管组织中表达率为55．1％（27／49）和8．89％（4／49）；VEGF—C与其受体Flt4的表达呈正相关，差异有统计学有意义（P〈0．05）。VEGF—C、Flt4的表达程度与食管鳞癌的临床分期、淋巴结转移有关（P〈0．05），与食管鳞癌的分化程度、浸润深度无关（P〉0．05）。结论VEGF—C/Flt4调控系统在食管癌细胞增殖中起一定的促进作用；VEGF—C／Flt可能通过某种机制促进淋巴结转移。

Analysis of the Correlation between VEGF-C and its Receptor Flt4 Expressions and Clinicopathological Status of esophageal Carcinoma

Objective To investigate the expression of VEGF-C and Flt4 in esophageal carcinonma,and their relationship to chnicopathological status. Methods Samples of 49 cases of esophageal carcinoma were collected after operation, and stained immunohistochemically to observe the expressions of VEGF and its receptor Flt4 in esophageal carcinoma. Results The positive rates of VEGF-C were 59.2% （29/49） and 12.2% （6/49） and Flt4 were 55.1% （27/49） and 8.89% （4/49） in esophageal carcinoma and normal tissue （P 〈0.05）. There was a positive correlation in the expression between VEGF-C and Flt4 （P 〈0.05）. The expression of VEGF-C and Flt4 was correlated to clinical stage,lymph node metastasis （ P 〉 0.05 ）, not correlated to depth of invasion and differentiation of tumor. Conclusion There is a strong positive relationship between VEGF-C expression and its receptor Flt4. VEGF-C/Flt4 promotes the proliferation of esophageal carcinoma cells;VEGF-C/Flt4 may accelerate lymph node metastasis through some ways.
