《中国临床神经外科杂志》2000～2006年引文分析

目的了解《中国临床神经外科杂志》情报吸收和利用情况，客观的揭示其文献引用规律及需求特征。方法对《中国临床神经外科杂志》2000-2006年所载论文引文的引文量、引文语种、引文类型、普赖斯指数、半衰期、自引率及核心引用期刊等方面进行统计分析。结果该刊引文率为79．63％；篇均引文量为5．73篇。主要引文类型为期刊，其中英文期刊为1009种，引文数量为5752条，占总引用频率的62．75％；中文期刊为372种，引文数量为2544条，占总引用频率的27．75％。普赖斯指数34．27％，半衰期5．25年。期刊自引398篇，自引率为4．34％。引用期刊共计1384种，被引21次以上的中文期刊16种；被引40次以上的外文期刊18种；共计34种，占总引用期刊引文量的53．28％。结论该刊栏目丰富，涉猎文献范围广，引文率呈逐年上升趋势。引文类型以期刊为主：中英文为本刊主要引用语种。

Analysis of Cited Literatures in 《Chinese Journal of Clinical Neurosurgery》 published from 2000 to 2006

Objective To understand the absorption and utilization of medical intelligence by 《Chinese Journal of Clinical Neurosurgery》, and to reveal its laws and demand characteristics of citation of literature. Method The quantity, the types of languages and publications, half-life of literature, Price＇s index, the rate of self-citing literature and the main journals cited in ＂Chinese Journal of Clinical Neurosurgery＂ published from 2000 to 2005 were analyzed. Results The articles citing the literatures accounted for 79.63% of all the articles published in 《Chinese Journal of Clinical Neurosurgery》. The cited literature per article was averagely 5.73. The cited literatures were mainly derived from the journals including 1 009 kinds of English journals, in which 5 752 papers （62.75%） were cited, and 372 kinds of Chinese journals, in which 2 5dd papers （27.75%） were cited. In the {Chinese Journal of Clinical Neurosurgery） published from 2000 to 2005 Price＇s index was 34.27%, and the Half-life was 5.25 years. There were 398 papers cited from 《Chinese Journal of Clinical Neurosurgery》according for 4.34% of all the cited papers. Fifty-three point two eight of the cited literatures derived from 34 kinds of journals, of which, 16 kinds of Chinese journals were cited more than 21 times and 18 kinds of English journals were cited more than 40 times. Conclusions The journal has rich tides of columns and cites a wide range of literatures. The rate of citation of literatures in the Journal is rising year by year. Journals, especially Chinese and English ones, are a main source of the literatures cited in the Journals.
