| 摘 要： | 目的探讨急性胰腺炎的CT表现,分析其预后状况。方法对55例经临床病理证实的急性胰腺炎进行回顾性分析。结果55例急性胰腺炎中,轻症急性胰腺炎45例(81.8%),重症急性胰腺炎10例(18.2%),根据Balthazar CT分级系统,A级38例,B级5例,C级2例,D级2,E级8例。结论CT在急性胰腺炎的影像诊断、治疗随访及预后评价中具有重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the CT feature and prognosis in acute pancreatitis.Methods The data of 55 cases with acute pancreatitis comfirmed by clinic,operation and pathology were analyzed retrospectively.Results In the 55 patients,45 had mild acute pancreatitis(MAP)(81.8%),10 had severe acute pancreatitis(SAP)(18.2%).All patients were classified according to the Balthazar CT grade system,A grade:38cases,B grade:5 cases,C grade:2 cases,D grade:2 cases,E grade:8 cases.Conclusion Spiral CT shows an important value... |
