| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察低分子肝素 (LMWH)治疗短暂性脑缺血发作 (TIA)的疗效及不良反应。方法 :应用LMWH治疗TIA 30例 ,并与对照组比较。结果 :LMWH组的基本治愈率、总有效率均明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,未发现明显副作用。结论 :LMWH是治疗TIA的一种安全有效药物

| Abstract: | Objective:To observate therapeutic result and side reaction about treatment of TIA by LMWH.Method:30 cases TIA had received LMWH treatment,compared with control group.Result:LMWH group patients all healed,common effective ratio is significanthy higher than control(P<0.01),no obvious side reaction had been discovered.Conclusion:LMWH show a safe and effective drug to treat TIA. |
