| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨患侧唇峰定点改变的Mollard汉修复单裂的效果.方法 对430例单侧唇者采用改变了患峰定点设计的Milard法修复.结果 430例单侧唇裂患者术衙即时效果良好.结论 患侧唇峰点定在唇缘嵴在裂的消失处较定在红唇最厚处标志更清楚,更易于寻找,术后的修复效果更好.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the designs in non-cleft side to improve the operation of unilateral cleft lip of the different distance from peak of cupid's bow.Methods 430 patients were repaired the cleft lip with Millard method.The cupid's bow peaks designed by distance of a modified method.Results 430 patients had good immediate effects after operation.Conclusion The vermilion edge operative designs of unilateral cleft lip repair is easy to find,as well as easy to obtain stable result after operation. |
