| 摘 要： | 随着类风湿性关节炎研究的深入,针对不同靶点如T细胞、B细胞、细胞因子和黏附分子及其受体等的生物制剂研究并应用于临床。这些生物制剂克服了以往传统药物的缺点,而显示出其独特的优势,生物制剂将成为以后临床重要的一类治疗药物。

| Abstract: | With the further study of rheumatoid arthritis,biological agents aiming at different targets such as T lymphocyte,B lymphocyte,cytokine,adhesion molecule as well as their receptors are being explored and being applied in clinic,which shows their own advantages by overcoming shortcomings of traditional drugs.So biological agents will be a kind of importent drugs in clinic of future. |
