| 摘 要： | 在光镜下对２２６例病人胃窦和胃体粘膜上幽门螺杆菌（ＨｅｌｉｃｏｂａｃｔｅｒＰｙｌｏｒｉ，ＨＰ）及相应的组织学变化进行了定量学研究。结果显示：ＨＰ在胃内主要定居在胃窦部，引起慢性胃窦炎。ＨＰ的数量与胃炎的严重程度有关，炎症越重，ＨＰ的捡出率越高，ＨＰ密度也越大。ＨＰ密度与多形核白细胞的浸润及上皮病变显著相关。ＨＰ是引起慢性胃炎，尤其是慢性活动性胃炎的病原之一。

| Abstract: | The quantitative study of helicobacter pylori(HP)and infiltrative polymorphnuclear leucocytes in the gastric mucosa of 226 cases and the corresponding histological changes were carried out under microocolpe.The results showed that helicobacter pylori colonized mainly on the gastric antrum and caused chronic antral gastritis.The density of HP was related to the degree of gastritis,the infiltration of polymorphnuclear leucocytes and the lesion of the gastric epithelium.These results suggest that HP may be one of the causes of chronic gastritis,especially chronic active gastritis. |
