摘    要:用悬液试验法检测了高氧化还原电位酸性水(EOW)对乙型肝炎表面抗原的破坏作用。结果,EOW氧化还原电位(ORP)≥1124 mV时,作用 1min可将 HBsAg抗原性破坏。保存中,随着 EOW容量增大,ORP较稳定,密闭避光保存、4℃下保存,均可延长ORP稳定的时间。

Abstract:Efficacy of acidic water (electrolyzed oxidizing water, EOW) with high redox potential in destroying HBsAg was measured using suspension test method. The results indicated that EOW with redox potential (ORP)> ≥1124 mV could destroy HBsAg antigenicity after 1 min contact. During storage, ORP was stable with increasing EOW volume and storing under airtight condition protected from light could prolong the stable duration of ORP.
