阴性支气管异物误诊和漏诊分析

目的　分析阴性支气管异物误诊和漏诊原因。方法　回顾分析 5 a间证实误诊和漏诊阴性支气管异物 35例。结果　造成误诊和漏诊的原因有 :病史不详、接诊医师对本病认识或警惕性不够、X线检查方法不当或诊断经验不足、未及时行支气管镜检。结论　病史及临床表现对诊断有重要意义 ,X线检查是诊断的主要手段 ,必要时应及时行支气管镜检查。

Analysis of false-positive and false-negative diagnoses for vegetable bronchial foreign bodies

Objective To analyse the cause of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis and prevent their occurrence.Methods A retrospective analysis of 35 erroneously diagnosed patients which suffered bronchial foreign bodies was made.Results The causes of false positive and false negative diagnoses were that the history of inhaling the foreign bodies was not known clearly,clinical physician′s lack of a clear recognition and alertness on these cases,inadequate process or short of experience in X ray diagnosis,and without timely bronchoscopic examination.Conclusion The history of aspiration of foreign body and clinical symptom are of importance for accurate diagnosis,X ray check up is a chief measure.If necessary bronchoscopic check up should be adopted in time.
