传染性单核细胞增多症患儿外周血EBV-DNA检测及其意义

目的定量检测传染性单核细胞增多症(传单)患儿外周血EBV-DNA含量,并探讨其临床意义。方法采用荧光定量PCR方法检测82例传单患儿和40例健康儿童外周血EBV-DNA含量,并进行统计分析。结果传单组EBV-DNA的阳性率为84.14%(69/82),对照组阳性率为5.00%(2/40),阳性率差异有显著性(P<0.01);传单患儿外周血早期EBV-DNA含量与恢复期比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论荧光定量PCR方法检测外周血EBV-DNA含量对传单的诊断有极高价值,可作为判断疗效及监测病情的一种有效手段。

Detection of Epstein - Barr Virus DNA by Fluorescent Quantitative PCR in children with infectious mononucleosis

Objective To determine the content of Estein-Barr virus(EBV) DNA in peripheral blood of children with infectious mononucleosis(IM) and explroe its clinical significance. Methods EBV-DNA in peripheral blood of 82 cases with IM and 40 cases of healthy control were detected by Fluorescent Quantitative PCR. Results The positive rate of EBV-DNA in IM group was 84.14%(69/82) and 5.0%(2/40) in the contro1 group,the percent of positive in the former was significant higher than the later(P<0.01).EBV-DNA concentration of patient with IM in early stage was higher than 1ater stage(P<0.01). Conclusion Quantitative analysis of peripheral blood EBV-DNA may be a valuable technique for diagnosing patients with IM and predicting the prognosis.
