| 摘 要： | 笔者分析了经 DSA 诊断的颅内动静脉畸形25例,其中13例还行 CT 检查,2例行 MRI 检查.DSA 有以下优点:(1)更清晰显示供血动脉、畸形血管团及引流静脉,提高微小 AVM 的检出率;(2)观察 AVM 的血流动力学变化,指导介入放射学操作;(3)实时显像,图像质量好,检查时间及注药量小,副作用少.此外,本文还对 DSA 与 CT、MRI 作了初步比较.

| Abstract: | 25 cases of AVM diagnosed by DSA were analysed.Among them,13 cas- es and 2 cases were examined by CT scan and MRI,respectively.The advantages of DSA were:(1)demonstrating the feeding arteries,draining veins and malformed vessels more clearly;(2)observing the hemodynamics of AVM and guiding the interventional neuroradiol- ogy;(3)real time imaging,good image quality,less side effect,etc.In addition,the initial comparisions among CT,MRI and DSA were described. |
