伊立替康的临床药物动力学研究

目的探讨伊立替康的临床药物动力学特征。方法对11例大肠癌患者应用双周方案化疗,采集患者血样进行药动学参数分析。结果5例患者用二室模型拟合得到的AIC和SC值均小于三室模型拟合的结果;2例患者结果恰好相反,更适用于三室模型;其余4例患者无论采用二室还是三室模型进行数据拟合,所得的AIC和SC值非常接近。结论CPT-11在人体内的代谢过程既可以用二室模型也可以用三室模型描述;CPT-11的体内代谢过程并未因联合用药而发生改变。

Research on the clinical pharmacokinetics of irinotecan

Objective To discuss the pharmacokinetics of irinotecan. Methdods 11 cases of patients with colorectal cancer are treated with double week plan. Results The AIC and SC of 5 cases of are fitted with patients two-compartment model is less than the three-compartment model. The results of 2 patients is just contrary, more suitable for three-compartment model. The AIC and SC of rest 4 patients are greatly close with two-compartment and three-compartment model. Conclusions The metabolic process in human body of CPT-11 is both prescribed with two-compartment and three-compartment model, and is not be changed resulting for the combined medication.
