伊立替康的临床药物动力学研究

摘    要:目的探讨伊立替康的临床药物动力学特征。方法对11例大肠癌患者应用双周方案化疗,采集患者血样进行药动学参数分析。结果5例患者用二室模型拟合得到的AIC和SC值均小于三室模型拟合的结果;2例患者结果恰好相反,更适用于三室模型;其余4例患者无论采用二室还是三室模型进行数据拟合,所得的AIC和SC值非常接近。结论CPT-11在人体内的代谢过程既可以用二室模型也可以用三室模型描述;CPT-11的体内代谢过程并未因联合用药而发生改变。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the pharmacokinetics of irinotecan. Methdods 11 cases of patients with colorectal cancer are treated with double week plan. Results The AIC and SC of 5 cases of are fitted with patients two-compartment model is less than the three-compartment model. The results of 2 patients is just contrary, more suitable for three-compartment model. The AIC and SC of rest 4 patients are greatly close with two-compartment and three-compartment model. Conclusions The metabolic process in human body of CPT-11 is both prescribed with two-compartment and three-compartment model, and is not be changed resulting for the combined medication.
