化红胶囊治疗围绝经期综合征50例临床研究

目的观察化红胶囊治疗围绝经期综合征的临床疗效。方法将符合围绝经期综合征诊断标准的100名患者,随机分为治疗组（50例）和对照组（50例）,治疗组采用化红胶囊治疗,对照组采用戊酸雌二醇片和谷维素治疗,连续用药3个月。疗程结束后观察治疗前后两组患者的临床症状、内分泌变化及安全性指标等情况。结果治疗组总有效率为80%,高于对照组的52%（P〈0.05）;治疗组的临床证候改善显著优于对照组;而治疗后两组E2均上升,FSH、LH均下降,与本组治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）;两组治疗后组间比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,证明两组用药均在改善女性围绝经期激素水平上面起到积极的作用。结论化红胶囊能有效治疗女性围绝经期综合征,明显改善临床症状,并在一定程度上改善血清性激素水平,临床应用安全有效,无明显毒副作用,值得进一步研究和临床推广使用。

Clinical Research of Huahong Capsules in the Treatment of 50 Cases of Menopausal Syndrome

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of huahong capsules on menopausal syndrome(MPS).Methods 100 patients in compliance with the diagnostic standard of MPS were randomized into a treatment group(50 cases)and a control group(50 cases).In the treatment group,huahong capsules were applied.In the control group,estradiol valerate tablets and oryzanol were prescribed.The medication lasted continuously for 3 months.At the end of treatment session,the clinical symptoms,endocrinal changes and safety indicators were observed before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate was 80% in the treatment group,which was higher than 52% in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement in the clinical symptoms in the treatment group was superior significantly to that in the control group.After treatment,E2 level was increased and FSH and LH levels were decreased in either group.The statistical significant differences presented in comparison with those before treatment in the same group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).There was no statistical significant difference in comparison between two groups after treatment(P>0.05).It proved that the medication in both groups played the active role in the improvement of hormone level for the menopausal females.Conclusion Huahong capsules treats effectively MPS for females,relieves apparently the clinical symptoms and improves serum sexual hormone level to a certain extent.It is safe and effective in clinical application and has no apparent toxic side effect.Hence,it deserves to have a further research and to be promoted in clinic.
