针刺干预化疗副反应作用的临床研究

目的观察针刺对化疗药物不良反应的改善作用,为针刺疗法对肿瘤化疗不良反应的防治作用提供临床依据。方法选择癌证患者共40例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组同时应用化疗药物。治疗组自化疗开始针刺,取穴：双侧曲池、内关、合谷、足三里、三阴交、阳陵泉,每周5次,连续两周;对照组不予针刺。分别在化疗前、化疗第5天、第10天观察相关指标的变化并进行组间对比。结果治疗组消化道不良反应积分低于对照组（P〈0.05）;治疗组中医证候积分低于对照组（P〈0.01）;治疗组平均KPS下降分值与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论针刺对化疗后消化道不良反应、脾虚证证候、KPS评分有较为显著的改善作用。

Clinical Research of Acupuncture Intervention on the Side Reaction of Chemotherapy

Objective To observe the improvement of acupuncture in the medical side reaction of chemotherapy so as to provide the clinical evidences of acupuncture therapy on the prevention and treatment of the side reaction of chemotherapy in cancer.Methods 40 cases of cancer were randomized into a treatment group and a control group.The chemotherapy was applied in both groups.In the treatment group,acupuncture started simultaneously with chemotherapy.The points:bilateral Quchi(LI11),Neiguan(PC6),Hegu(LI4),Zusanli(ST36),Sanyinjiao(SP6)and Yanglingquan(GB34).Acupuncture was given 5 times each week,continuously for two weeks.In the control group,acupuncture was not applied.Separately,before chemotherapy,on the 5th and 10th days of chemotherapy,the changes in the relevant indicators were observed and the comparison was conducted between two groups.Results The score of the digestive side reaction in the treatment group was lower significantly than that in the control group(P<0.05).The Chinese medicine symptom score in the treatment group was lower significantly than that in the control group(P<0.01).The mean KPS reducing score in the treatment group was different significantly in statistics as compared with that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture plays the significant improvements in the digestive side reaction after chemotherapy,the symptoms of spleen deficiency pattern/syndrome and KPS score.
