郑州地区蔬菜中铅 镉污染状况调查与分析

对郑州市近郊794个蔬菜样品中的Pb、Cd污染状况进行了调查,并分析了污染来源。结果表明,郑州地区蔬菜中的重金属污染主要为铅、镉元素,绿叶菜类铅超标率最高为14.5%,根茎类蔬菜超标率最低为3.3%;豆类镉超标率最高达3.8%,根茎类蔬菜未见有超标样品检出。超标蔬菜与土壤环境中重金属含量没有明显的相关性;污染蔬菜样品主要集中在城区周边、工业区、矿区和公路附近。

Investigation of Pollution of Lead and Cadmium on Vegetables from Zhengzhou suburbs

The contents of heavy metals(Pb.Cd)in 794 vegetables in the suburbs of zhengzhou were investgated and analyzed,the results showed that the vegetables tested of zhengzhou were partially polluted by Pb and Cd;the Pb exceeding standard ratio Of the leaf-vegatables is the highest(14.5%),the root vegetables is the lowest(3.3%).the Cd exceeding standard ratio of Beans vegetables is up to 3.8%,the root vegetables have’t been found exceeding the standard.The content of heavy metal in polluted vegetables and soil environment has no certain relation;Contaminated vegetables are mainly concentrated in the surrounding area,industrial area,mining area and adjacent to the highway.
