蛇鳞草化学成分定性鉴别的实验研究

目的考察广东地产药材蛇鳞草的化学成分,为其进一步开发应用提供理论依据。方法采用试管法,分别对蛇鳞草的水、95%乙醇、石油醚提取物进行研究,通过多种指示剂和显色剂的沉淀反应或颜色反应,初步推断蛇鳞草中可能含有的化学成分。结果经过化学预试实验,提示蛇鳞草全草中可能含有蛋白质、氨基酸、多糖、黄酮类、皂苷类、三萜类、甾体类、强心苷、有机酸、氨基酸、蒽醌等成分,可能不含生物碱类成分或含量极微,不含挥发油及油脂类成分。结论蛇鳞草中含有多种植物活性成分,值得进一步深入研究。

Experimental Research of the Qualitative Identification of the Chemical Composition of Pronephrium Triphyllum(SW.)Holtt

Objective To investigate the chemical composition of Pronephrium Triphyllum(SW.)Holtt,the special herbal material in Guangdong so as to provide the theoretic evidences for its further development and utilization.Methods The tube test method was adopted to have the research of water,95% ethanol and petroleum ether extracts of Pronephrium Triphyllum(SW.)Holtt.Through the precipitation reaction or color reaction with various indicators and color agents involved,the potentially contained chemical ingredients of Pronephrium Triphyllum(SW.)Holtt were deduced preliminarily.Results The chemical pre-experiment suggested that Pronephrium Triphyllum(SW.)Holtt contained probably protein,amino acid,polysaccharide,flavonoids,saponins,triterpenoids,sterides,cardiac glycoside,organic acid,anthraquinone and the others.It might not contain alkaloids or only contained the extremely less amount of them.It did not contain volatile oil,and oils and fats.Conclusion Pronephrium Triphyllum(SW.)Holtt contains various botanic active ingredients and deserves to have a deep research.
