寒凝血瘀证模型大鼠中医表征指标量化研究

摘    要:目的研究开发出中医实验动物证候表征采集分析系统,使某些中医病证模型动物表征指标的采集与分析数字化、自动化,从而达到客观、科学的要求。方法利用本系统对寒凝血瘀证模型大鼠的毛色、眼睛颜色、耳廓颜色、舌色与足爪等多项中医证候表征指标采集分析,并与检测的大鼠血液流变学指标与微循环指标进行对比分析。结果模型组大鼠与正常组大鼠在眼睛颜色、耳廓颜色、舌色与足爪颜色的三原色分量值(RGB值:R表示红色值、G表示绿色值、B表示蓝色值)比较(多数指标RGB百分比值比较),差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),且与肉眼观察到的症状及其他病理指标反应的病证情况相一致。结论本系统初步实现了中医实验动物证候表征某些望诊指标采集的数字化,分析自动化,达到了客观、科学的要求,且实用性好。

Abstract:Objective To research and develop the collection and analysis system of the pattern/syndrome representation of Chinese medicine in experimental animals so as to digitize and automate the collection and analysis of the representation indicators of model animals with some pattern/syndrome of Chinese medicine and meet the objective and scientific requirements.Methods This system was adopted to collect and analyze the Chinese medicine pattern/syndrome representation indicators of the model rats with cold accumulation of blood stasis,such as skin color,eye color,ear color,tongue color and feet.The hemorheology indicators of the rats were detected and compared with the microcirculatory indicators.Results The three primary color values(RGB value:R represented red value,G green value and B blue value)of eye,ear,tongue and feet for the rats in the model group presented the statistical significant differences as compared with those in the normal group(the comparison of RGB percentages of the majority values,P<0.05).The results were consistent with the symptoms observed visually and the disorders reflected by the other pathological indicators.Conclusion This system preliminarily achieves the digitalized collection and the automated analysis of some indicators of the inspection diagnosis for the pattern/syndrome representation of the experimental animals of Chinese medicine so that the objective and scientific requirements and practical applicability can be achieved.
