中西医结合治疗早期糖尿病肾病临床观察

目的观察中西医结合疗法治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床效果。方法将58例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为两组,即治疗组、对照组。在基础治疗的基础上,治疗组给予益气养阴活血颗粒配合卡托普利口服,对照组给予卡托普利,疗程2个月,观察比较治疗前后两组患者中医证候疗效及24h尿微量白蛋白排泄量的变化。结果临床研究表明治疗组中医证候疗效总有效率为96.42%,对照组为81.48%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。治疗组在改善尿微量白蛋白方面有较好的疗效,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论益气养阴活血颗粒联合卡托普利治疗早期糖尿病肾病疗效确切,降低尿微量白蛋白及改善中医症状的疗效优于单纯应用卡托普利的疗法。

Clinical Observation of the Integration of Chinese and Western Medicine for the Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy at the Early Stage

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the integrated Chinese and western medicine therapy on diabetic nephropathy(DN)at the early stage.Methods 58 cases of DN patients were randomized into two groups,a treatment group and a control group.In the treatment group,on the basis of the basic treatment,yiqi yangyin huoxue granules were prescribed in combination with captopril for oral administration.In the control group,captopril was prescribed.The duration of treatment was 2 months.The changes in Chinese medicine symptoms and the excretion of 24h microalbuminuria(mAlb)were observed and compared before and after treatment between two groups.Results The clinical research showed that the total effective rate of Chinese medicine symptoms was 96.42% in the treatment group and was 81.48% in the control group,presenting statistical significant difference in comparison(P<0.01).The improvement in mAlb was effective in the treatment group,which was statistical significant difference as compared with the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Yiqi yangyin huoxue granules combined with captopril achieves the definite efficacy on diabetic nephropathy at the early stage.The effect of it on reducing mAlb value and improving in Chinese medicine symptoms is superior to the simple captopril therapy.
