活血起痿颗粒治疗动脉硬化性勃起功能障碍的实验研究

目的探讨活血起痿颗粒对动脉硬化导致的勃起功能障碍的治疗作用及其机理。方法将30只雄性新西兰大白兔随机分为四组：正常组（3只）、对照组（9只）、治疗组（9只）、治疗对照组（9只）。正常组用颗粒饲料喂养,其他27只成功造模后,分别喂养高脂饲料、育亨宾掺入家兔专用颗粒饲料和活血起痿颗粒掺入家兔专用颗粒饲料。连续2周后观察交配实验的各项观察指标：爬高潜伏期（mountlateney,ML）、爬高次数（mount latency,MF）、插入次数（intromission frequencyI,F）、命中率（hitrate,HR）。取阴茎组织作内皮型一氧化氮合酶（eNOS）及诱导型一氧化氮合酶（iNOS）的免疫组织化学检查。结果治疗4周后,对照组、治疗组和治疗对照组的ML、HR比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;各组与治疗组的HR比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,以治疗组最高;各组与治疗组的ML比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,以治疗组的时间最短;阴茎海绵体eNOS蛋白吸光度值和iNOS蛋白吸光度值正常组与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,正常组与治疗组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗组与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,对照组与治疗对照组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论活血起痿颗粒可有效地改善血管性勃起功能障碍。

Experimental Research of Huoxue Qiwei Granules in the Treatment of Erectile Dysfunction Caused by Arteriosclerosis

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect and mechanism of huoxue qiwei granules in the treatment of erectile dysfunction(ED)caused by arteriosclerosis.Methods 30 New Zealand white male rabbits were randomized into four groups:a normal group(3 rabbits),a control group(9 rabbits),a treatment group(9 rabbits)and a treatment control group(9 rabbits).In the normal group,the rabbits were fed with pellet diet.27 rabbits in the rest groups were modeled successfully and fed with the high-fat forage,the specific rabbit pellet diet with yohimbine hydrochloride tablets mixed and the specific rabbit pellet diet with huoxue qiwei granules mixed separately.After feeding continuously for 2 weeks,the observation indicators of mating experiment were observed,including mount latency(ML),mount frequency(MF),intromission frequency(IF)and hit rate(HR).The penis tissue was collected for the immohistochemistry(IHC)test of endothelial nitric oxide synthase(eNOS)and inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS).Results In 4 weeks of treatment,the differences in ML and HR were significant statistically in comparison among the control group,the treatment group and the treatment control group(P<0.05).The difference in HR of the treatment group was significant statistically as compared with the rest groups(P<0.05).The result in the treatment group was the highest.The difference in ML of the treatment group was significant statistically as compared with the rest groups(P<0.05).The time in the treatment group was the shortest.The eNOS protein optic density and iNOS protein optic density in the cavernous body of penis were different significantly between the normal group and the control group in statistics(P<0.05).The differences presented significantly between the normal group and the treatment group(P<0.05),between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05),as well as between the control group and the treatment control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Huoxue qiwei granules relieve vascular ED effectively.
