PLDLA接骨材料行下颌骨骨折内固定的实验研究

摘    要:目的:评价新掣L/DL聚乳酸(poly-L/DL-lactide,PLDLA)接骨材料行兔下颌骨骨折坚强内固定的可行性及其在动物体内的组织学反应。方法:分别采用PLDLA接骨材料和纯钛接骨材料行兔下颌骨骨折内固定术,术后1、2、4、8周进行大体标本、影像学、骨生物力学测试和组织学检查。结果:所有实验动物下颌骨骨折断端均对位良好。PLDLA组的愈合骨折力学强度测试结果与钛板组无统计学差异。PLDLA接骨板在动物机体内无明显不良反应。结论:PLDLA接骨材料对兔下颌骨骨折具有良好的内固定作用,对骨折愈合过程无不良影响。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the poly(L/DL-Lactide)(PLDLA)internal fixation effects in vivo. Methods: A total of 24 New Zealand rabbits were involved in the study. After mandibular body fracture models were created, 16 rabbits were fixed with PLDLA plates as the experimental group. Others were fixed with titanium plates as control. All the rabbits were sacrificed at 1,2,4,8 weeks after operation. Gross observation, radiographical, histologic and bony mechanics examinations of the fracture site were carried out after rabbits were sacrificed. Results: Bony union of both groups was good. The PLDLA plates with sufficient mechanical properties produced the same effect of internal fixation as the titanium plates. The reaction of soft and hard tissues to PLDLA plates and screws was similar to that of the titanium plates and screws. Conclusion: The function of PLDLA plates was similar to that of titanium plates in the fixation of experimental mandibular fractures in rabbits. There was no side-effects on bone healing.
