| 摘 要： | 目的研究人血清VEGF浓度与脑梗塞的关系.方法采用双抗体夹心ELISA法,检测67例脑梗塞患者与30例老年健康体检者的血清VEGF浓度.并对部分患者VEGF水平作动态观察.结果重度脑梗塞组血清VEGF浓度高于对照组(P＜0.001),重度脑梗塞组血清VEGF浓度高于轻度脑梗塞组(P＜0.05),轻度脑梗塞组与对照组无显著性差(P＞0.05).轻度脑梗塞患者治疗一周后血清VEGF水平略有下降.但无显著性差异(P＞0.05),而重度组则明显升高(P＜0.05).结论血清VEGF水平是脑梗塞患者的有效血清学指标,对病情观察、治疗及预后判断具有一定意义.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationship between serum VEGF concentration and cerebral infarction.Method To measure serum VEGF concentration of 67 cases of patients with cerebral infarction and 30 cases of the control group(old healthy exambles) with ELISA, aid observe serum VEGF concentration in some patients continuously.Result The serum VEGF concentration is higher in serious cerebral infarction group than in the control group(P<0.01),and the serious patients is higher than the light patients(P<0.05);but there's no significent differences between light cerebral infarction group with control group;the VEGF concentration in the light patients group falls (no significent differences P>0.05)but in the serious patients group rises after one week's treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum VEGF concentration is an effective mark in patients in cerebral infarction, it is also meaningful for observation,treatment and prognosis of the disease. |
