针对性护理模式在小儿肺炎中的应用价值

目的分析探讨针对性护理模式在小儿肺炎护理中的应用价值。方法选取本院2018年1月-2019年2月期间收治的120例小儿肺炎患者进行此次研究,采用随机抽取的方法将所有患者均分为两组,参照组和研究组,每组各60例。其中给予传统常规护理的为参照组,给予针对性护理模式的为研究组,比较两组的护理满意度及临床症状的缓解情况。结果参照组的总体满意度低于研究组(P<0.05);而研究组患者的临床症状的缓解速度跟参照组临床症状的缓解速度相比更快(P<0.05)。结论应用针对性护理模式在小儿肺炎的护理中具有良好的护理效果,有助于患儿病情的恢复。

Application Value of Targeted Nursing Model in the Nursing of Children With Pneumonia

Objective To analyze the application value of targeted nursing mode in the nursing of children with pneumonia.Methods A total of 120 children with pneumonia admitted to our hospital from January 20 to February 2019 were enrolled in this study.All patients were divided into two groups according to the randomized method.The reference group and the study group,each group 60.Among them,the traditional routine nursing was given to the reference group,and the targeted nursing model was given to the study group.The nursing satisfaction and clinical symptom relief were compared between the two groups.Results The overall satisfaction of the reference group was significantly lower than that of the study group(P<0.05).The rate of clinical symptom relief in the study group was significantly faster than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The targeted nursing model has a good nursing effect in the nursing of children with pneumonia,which is helpful for the recovery of the child’s condition.
