肝硬化合并胆结石应用外科治疗的效果分析

目的分析肝硬化合并胆结石应用外科治疗的临床效果。方法将我院2014年2月-2019年2月收治的肝硬化合并胆结石患者60例作为研究样本,通过硬币法分为对照组(30例,进行传统开腹手术)和治疗组(30例,进行腹腔镜外科手术),分析并比较两组临床治疗效果和术后并发症情况。结果对两组治疗总有效率进行比较,治疗组明显比对照组高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对两组术后并发症发生率进行比较,治疗组明显比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜外科手术治疗肝硬化合并胆结石可取得显著性的临床治疗效果,且术后并发症发生率低。

Analysis of the Effect of Surgical Treatment of Cirrhosis With Gallstones

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of surgical treatment of cirrhosis with gallstones.Methods Sixty patients with cirrhosis complicated with gallstones from February 2014 to February 2019 in our hospital were enrolled in the study.They were divided into control group(30 cases,traditional open surgery)and treatment group by coin method(30).Analysis and comparison of clinical treatment effects and postoperative complications.Results The total effective rate of the two groups was compared.The treatment group was significantly higher than the control group,and there was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications was compared between the two groups.The treatment group was significantly lower than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery for cirrhosis with gallstones can achieve significant clinical results,and the incidence of postoperative complications is lower.
