Application Value of Pathway-Based Health Education in the Nursing of Patients with Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

Objective To explore the application effect of pathway-based health education in the nursing of patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods 90 patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital from August 2017 to October 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 45 cases each.The control group received routine health education,and the observation group received pathway-based health education.The SDS score,SAS score,preoperative waiting time,defecation time,exhaust time,activity time and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,no significant difference was found in SDS and SAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05);After intervention,the SDS and SAS scores of both groups were significantly lower than those before intervention(P<0.05),and the SDS and SAS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The preoperative waiting time,defecation time,exhaust time,activity time and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Pathway-based health education can relieve the anxiety and depression emotions,and promote the recovery process of patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
