循证医学临床带教在血液科教学中的应用初探

摘    要:目的分析循证医学临床带教模式在血液科教学中的应用效果。方法纳入研究对象来自本院2017年6月—2018年3月血液科实习生30人,以“随机数字表法”分组原则为主,分对照组(15人,予以传统带教)、研究组(15人,予以循证医学临床带教),两组带教时间均为1月,比较考核成绩、带教质量、学生满意度。结果研究组考核成绩(病历书写、临床实践技能、血液内科基本理论知识考核成绩)以及带教质量(查阅文献及评价文献的能力、临床思维和解决问题能力、对所学的知识加深理解和记忆、沟通交流能力和组织协调能力、活跃课堂气氛和学习兴趣评分)显著比对照组高,P<0.05。研究组学生满意度(100.00%)显著比对照组(60.00%)高,P<0.05。结论循证医学临床带教可显著提高血液科带教质量以及学生学习成绩,赢得学生高度认可与赞同。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the application effect of clinical teaching mode of evidence-based medicine in hematology teaching.Methods A total of 30 interns from the Department of Hematology from June 2017 to March 2018 were enrolled in the study.The group was divided into the control group(15 cases,given traditional teaching)and research.Group(15 cases,given evidence-based medicine clinical teaching),the two groups of teaching time are all January,comparing assessment results,teaching quality,student satisfaction.Results The study group's assessment scores(medical record writing,clinical practice skills,basic theoretical knowledge of blood medicine)and the quality of teaching(the ability to consult literature and evaluate literature,clinical thinking and problemsolving skills,deepen understanding of the knowledge learned and Memory,communication and organizational coordination skills,active classroom atmosphere and learning interest scores were significantly higher than the control group,P<0.05.Student satisfaction(100.00%)in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(60.00%),P<0.05.Conclusion The clinical teaching of evidence-based medicine can significantly improve the quality of teaching in the Department of Hematology and the academic achievement of students.It is highly commendable and endorsed by students.
