Influence of Pelvic Floor Muscle Function Training Combined with Pelvic Floor Therapeutic Apparatus on Maternal Pelvic Floor Function

Objective To explore the influence of pelvic floor muscle function training combined with pelvic floor trerapeutic apparatus on maternal pelvic floor function.Methods 300 pregnant women admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The control group(149 cases)received pelvic floor muscle function training,and the observation group(151 cases)was treated with pelvic floor trerapeutic apparatus on this basis.The pelvic floor muscle strength level and pelvic floor dysfunction were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 months of treatment,the pelvic floor muscle strength levels of the two groups increased,and the pelvic floor muscle strength level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of pelvic floor dysfunction in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Pelvic floor muscle function combined with pelvic floor trerapeutic apparatus can effectively improve the pelvic floor muscle strength level of pregnant women,and reduce the incidence of pelvic floor dysfunction.
