护理干预对功能性消化不良患者焦虑的影响价值评价

目的评价护理干预对功能性消化不良患者焦虑的影响价值。方法将在本院进行治疗的60例功能性消化不良患者作为此次研究的对象,选取时间在2016年12月-2017年12月,将此60例患者运用数字随即分组法进行分组,人数均为30例,其中,运用常规护理方式进行护理的患者为参照组,运用综合护理干预方法进行护理的患者为实验组,护理结束后,对比两种护理方法的临床效果。结果实验组护理后的焦虑评分及护理依从性均低于参照组,护理满意度(96.66%)高于参照组(80.00%),比参照组方法更具有优势(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。讨论综合护理干预用于功能性消化不良患者中,取得了良好的护理效果,其可以稳定患者不良情绪,提升护理质量及患者对护理治疗依从性。

Evaluation of the Effect of Nursing Intervention on Anxiety of Patients With Functional Dyspepsia

Objective To evaluate the effect of nursing intervention on anxiety of patients with functional dyspepsia. Methods Sixty patients with functional dyspepsia treated in our hospital were taken as the object of this study. The time was selected from December 2016 to December 2017. The 60 patients were grouped using the random number grouping method. The number of patients There are 30 cases. Among them, the patients treated with conventional nursing methods were used as the reference group, and the patients treated with comprehensive nursing intervention methods were used as the experimental group. After the nursing, the clinical effects of the two nursing methods were compared. Results The anxiety score and nursing compliance of the experimental group after nursing were lower than those of the reference group, and the nursing satisfaction(96.66%) was higher than that of the reference group(80.00%), which was more advantageous than the reference group method(P < 0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention has been used in patients with functional dyspepsia, and has achieved good nursing effects. It can stabilize patients ’bad emotions, improve the quality of care and patients’ compliance with nursing treatment, and is worth promoting in clinical medicine.
