摘    要:目的分析在新护士培训中实施以问题为导向的微课教学价值,以此为相关新护士培训提供指导意见。方法采取抽签法将2017年4月-2019年5月本院接收的80名新护士学员。分为参照组(40例,给予开展常规多媒体教学培训)和研究组(40例,给予开展以问题为导向的微课教学模式培训)。对理论成绩、实践技能成绩、培训方式满意度进行比较。结果研究组总满意度97.50%(39/40)高于参照组80.00%(32/40),组间对比差异统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组理论成绩与实践技能成绩均高于参照组,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论开展以问题为导向的微课教学模式运用于新护士培训当中,对提升其整体实践技能、理论知识等具有重要价值,学员对于该种培训方式的满意度也相对较高。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the value of problem-oriented microteaching in the training of new nurses, so as to provide guidance for relevant new nurse training. Methods 80 new nurses received by our hospital from April 2017 to May 2019 were divided into reference groups(40 cases, given regular multimedia teaching training) and research groups(40 cases, given the problem of drafting). Oriented micro-teaching mode training). Theoretical scores, practical skills scores, and training method satisfaction were compared. Results The total satisfaction rate of the study group was 97.50%(39/40) higher than that of the reference group(80.00%(32/40)(P<0.05). The theoretical achievement and practical skills of the study group were higher than the reference group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of the problem-oriented micro-teaching mode to the new nurse training is of great value to enhance its overall practical skills and theoretical knowledge. The satisfaction of the trainees is relatively high.
