以问题为导向的微课教学在新护士培训中的应用效果评估

目的分析在新护士培训中实施以问题为导向的微课教学价值,以此为相关新护士培训提供指导意见。方法采取抽签法将2017年4月-2019年5月本院接收的80名新护士学员。分为参照组(40例,给予开展常规多媒体教学培训)和研究组(40例,给予开展以问题为导向的微课教学模式培训)。对理论成绩、实践技能成绩、培训方式满意度进行比较。结果研究组总满意度97.50%(39/40)高于参照组80.00%(32/40),组间对比差异统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组理论成绩与实践技能成绩均高于参照组,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论开展以问题为导向的微课教学模式运用于新护士培训当中,对提升其整体实践技能、理论知识等具有重要价值,学员对于该种培训方式的满意度也相对较高。

Application Effect Evaluation of Problem-oriented Micro-teaching in New Nurse Training

Objective To analyze the value of problem-oriented microteaching in the training of new nurses, so as to provide guidance for relevant new nurse training. Conclusion The application of the problem-oriented micro-teaching mode to the new nurse training is of great value to enhance its overall practical skills and theoretical knowledge. The satisfaction of the trainees is relatively high.
