CBL联合PBL教学法在手术室规范化培训护士临床教学中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨CBL联合PBL教学方法应用到手术室规范化培训护士临床带教中的教学效果。方法将108名规范化培训护士按照本科学历及专科学历进行分层抽样,再完全随机分为实验组和对照组各54名,实验组采用CBL联合PBL教学法,对照组采用传统CBL教学法(以带教老师讲解为主)。根据护士规范化培训大纲要求,选取5个手术室常见病及多发病的典型病例针对两组分别采用不同的方法培训。培训结束后针对两组规范化培训护士采用相同的理论考试及技能操作考试以及进行护士核心能力测评。结果实验组规范化培训护士理论、操作考试成绩以及综合能力测评均优于对照组。结论将CBL联合PBL教学方法应用在手术室规范化培训护士临床教学中效果较为显著。

Abstract:Objective To explore the teaching effect of CBL combined with PBL teaching method applied to the clinical teaching of operating room nurses. Methods 108 standardized training nurses were stratified by undergraduate degree and undergraduate degree, and then completely randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 54 each.The experimental group used CBL combined with PBL teaching method, and the control group used traditional teaching method. After the training, the same evaluation method was used for the two groups of nurses to evaluate. Results The scores of theory test, operational test and comprehensive ability evaluation in the experiment group were better than the control group. Conclusion The application of CBL combined with PBL teaching method in the clinical teaching of operating room standardized training nurses is more effective.
