早期护理对妊娠期糖尿病母婴并发症的影响

目的探究早期护理干预对妊娠期糖尿病母儿围产期并发症的影响。方法择选2017年4月-2018年6月,我院接收的80例妊娠期糖尿病患者为研究对象,按照计算机随机方法,均分为对照组和研究组两组。其中,对照组患者全部接受常规护理,研究组患者全部接受早期护理干预,护理一段时间后,分别就产妇和婴儿的并发症情况进行对比。结果分别就两组产妇和婴儿的并发症情况进行对比,研究组均要优于对照组,研究组产妇和婴儿的并发症发生率,分别是5.0%和7.5%,而对照组产妇和婴儿的并发症发生率,分别是20.0%和22.5%,对应数据进行组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对妊娠期糖尿病患者行以早期护理干预,不仅可以改善产妇、新生儿的并发症发生率,还能促进产妇康复,为新生儿的健康发育提供保障。

Effect of Early Nursing on Maternal and Fetal Complications of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

Objective To investigate the effect of early nursing intervention on perinatal complications in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods From April 2017 to June 2018,80 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus received from our hospital were selected as subjects.According to the computer randomized method,they were divided into two groups:the control group and the study group.Among them,all the patients in the control group received routine nursing care.All the patients in the study group received early nursing intervention.After a period of nursing,the complications of maternal and infant were compared.Results The complications of the two groups of maternal and infant were compared.The study group was superior to the control group.The complication rate of maternal and infant in the study group was 5.0%and 7.5%,respectively.The control group and the infant were concurrent.The incidence of symptoms was 20.0%and 22.5%,respectively.Corresponding data were compared between groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early nursing intervention for gestational diabetes patients can not only improve the incidence of complications in maternal and neonatal,but also promote maternal rehabilitation and provide protection for the healthy development of newborns.
