BOPPPS结合O2O在神经外科住院医师培训中的应用

摘    要:目的观察BOPPPS教学模式联合O2O教学平台在神经外科住院医师规范化培训中的临床教学效果。方法将60名参加徐州医科大学附属医院住院医师规范化培训的学员随机抽取分为观察组和对照组,各30名。观察组采用BOPPPS结合O2O平台的模式施教,对照组学员采用传统教学方法。完成轮转学习后通过理论知识考试、实践技能操作考核和问卷调查的形式进行综合评估。结果观察组学员的实践技能操作成绩和调查问卷结果均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 BOPPPS结合O2O平台的教学模式能够提高住院医师规范化培训教学的质量。

Abstract:Objective This study is to investigate the effect of BOPPPS teaching methods combined with O2O teaching platform of residency standardized training of neurosurgery department. Methods 60 students of Residency Standardized Training in the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group(n=30) and control group(n=30), with BOPPPS teaching methods combined with O2O teaching platform and the traditional teaching respectively. A questionnaire survey was performed with the theoretical knowledge clinic skill examination. Results The investigation showed that the experimental group was significantly better than the control group in clinic skill examination and the questionnaire survey(P<0.05). Conclusion The quality of the Residency Standardized Training can be improved by combination of BOPPPS teaching methods and O2O teaching platform in neurosurgery department.
