情景模拟教学法在乳腺癌功能锻炼中的应用

摘    要:目的探究乳腺癌术后患肢功能锻炼中实施情景模拟教学法的价值。方法选取2019年1月-2019年6月护理实习生100例为本次研究对象,其均负责乳腺癌患者术后患肢功能锻炼,根据其功能锻炼教学方法的不同分组,对照组采用传统教学方法教学,试验组采用情景模拟教学法教学,分析2组护理实习生教学的效果。结果试验组护理实习生教学后的基础操作评分(90.23±5.60)分、理论知识评分(94.80±2.36)分均高于对照组基础操作评分(83.26±7.15)分、理论知识评分(85.33±5.29)分,P<0.05;试验组护理实习生角色表现(89.56±2.23)分、人际沟通(90.56±5.17)分、认真程度(88.72±6.30)分、活跃程度(87.60±5.44)分、理解能力(90.06±4.35)分、表达能力(88.30±3.17)分等综合能力评分均高于对照组护理实习生角色表现(78.56±3.69)分、人际沟通(77.32±4.83)分、认真程度(79.60±4.27)分、活跃程度(77.69±4.87)分、理解能力(80.22±6.50)分、表达能力(81.09±3.12)分等评分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌术后患肢功能锻炼相关好护理实习生接受情景模拟教学法,能够有效提高护理实习生的综合能力。

Abstract:Objective To explore the value of scenario simulation teaching method in functional exercise of affected limbs after breast cancer surgery. Methods A total of 100 nursing interns from January 2019 to June 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study, all of whom were responsible for postoperative functional exercise of the affected limbs of breast cancer patients. According to different groups of teaching methods of functional exercise, traditional teaching methods of the control group and situational simulation teaching methods of the experimental group, the teaching effect of nursing interns in the two groups was analyzed. Results The scores of basic operation [(90.23±5.60) points] and theoretical knowledge [(94.80±2.36) points] in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group [(83.26±7.15) points] and theoretical knowledge [(85.33±5.29) points], all P<0.05. Group nursing students performance [(89.56±2.23) points], interpersonal communication [(90.56±5.17) points], serious degree [(88.72±6.30) points], active degree [(87.60±5.44) points], understanding ability [(90.06±4.35) points], presentation skills [(88.30±3.17) points] were higher than control group. While control group nursing students were respectively as follow: performance [(78.56±3.69) points], interpersonal communication [(77.32±4.83) points], serious degree [(79.60±4.27) points], activity [(77.69±4.87) points], comprehension [(80.22±6.50) points] and expression [(81.09±3.12) points] were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion It is of great significance for nursing interns to accept the situational simulation teaching method, which can effectively improve the comprehensive ability of nursing interns.
