围术期护理对妇科肿瘤患者术后心理状况影响

目的分析围术期护理对妇科肿瘤患者术后下肢静脉血栓和心理状况的影响价值价值。方法将本院56例妇科肿瘤患者作为此次研究的样本,选择时间为2017年3月—2018年5月,并行分组处理,选择的方式为随机数字表法,分为28例参照组及28例研究组,参照组应用常规护理方式,研究组应用围术期护理干预,对比两组患者的下肢静脉血栓发生率、心理状况评分。结果研究组患者的下肢静脉血栓发生率、心理状况评分远低于参照组,且检验结果具有差异性(P<0.05)。结论将围术期护理应用在妇科肿瘤患者中,可以有效的降低下肢静脉发生率、心理状态评分,改善患者的心理状态,使患者快速的恢复到健康状态。

Effect of Perioperative Nursing on Postoperative Psychological Status of Patients With Gynecological Tumors

Objective To analyze the value of perioperative nursing on lower extremity venous thrombosis and psychological status of patients with gynecological tumors after operation.Methods 56 patients with gynecological tumors treated in our hospital from March 2017 to May 2018 were divided into two groups,the reference group(28 cases)and the study group(28 cases)according to the random number table method.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing mode.The perioperative nursing intervention of the patients in the study group was compared with the incidence of lower extremity venous thrombosis and the psychological status score of the patients in the two groups.Results The incidence of lower extremity venous thrombosis and psychological status score in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the test results were different(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying perioperative nursing to patients with gynecological tumors can effectively reduce the incidence of lower extremity veins and psychological state scores,improve the mental state of patients,and make patients recover to health quickly.
