预见性护理应用在肾病综合征中的效果分析

目的分析预见性护理应用在肾病综合征患者中的临床护理效果及对并发症影响分析。方法选取2016年10月-2018年10月在我院接受治疗的肾病综合征患者90例,按照护理方案不同分为A组和B组,A组给予常规护理,B组采取预见性护理,对比两组护理效果。结果B组干预后SF-36生活质量评分(93.69±5.89)分,焦虑自评量表评分(42.15±2.28)分,抑郁自评量表评分(44.08±3.01)分;A组干预后SF-36生活质量评分(80.87±4.57)分,焦虑自评量表评分(47.52±3.45)分,抑郁自评量表评分(51.03±4.64)分,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组并发症发生率为2.22%低于A组的24.44%,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论预见性护理应用在肾病综合征患者中能够减少并发症发生,提升生活质量,减轻患者负性情绪。

The Clinical Effective of Predictive Nursing in Nephrotic Syndrome

Objective To analyze the effect of predictive nursing in nephrotic syndrome and its effect on complications.Methods 90 cases of nephrotic syndrome patients who received treatment in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2018 were selected and divided into group A and group B according to different nursing schemes.Group A was given routine nursing,while group B was given predictive nursing,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,sf-36 quality of life score(93.69±5.89),self-rating anxiety scale(42.15±2.28)and self-rating depression scale(44.08±3.01)were scored in group B.After the intervention,sf-36 quality of life score(80.87±4.57),self-rating anxiety scale score(47.52±3.45)and self-rating depression scale score(51.03±4.64)in group A were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in group B was 2.22%,which was significantly lower than that in group A(24.44%),and the intergroup comparison analysis was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing application in nephrotic syndrome patients can reduce complications,improve the quality of life,reduce negative emotions in patients.
